UI Bug in Painter or Designer?

The boolean buttons are often getting converted to this thing (see attached image).

They still work as 0 and 1 but its quite annoying for my team.

Initially I thought it has to do with the size of properties panel in painter but that is not the case.

Also.. I can't share the .sbsar or .sbs file (NDA) plus this situation is kinda random (but often) so creating a dummy project having this issue is not feasible at this moment.
