How can I create a bevel using the procedural texture in substance designer?

in 3ds max there is a material that has bevel .

Thanks for the question.
If you're mentioning some sort of shader like this one, this isn't possible. Substance 3D Designer is a texturing application, and these types of shaders aren't currently supported.
