Error in 3d view and texture

Anyone knows why this shadows appear ??
when i export the texture to blender the same thing happens

pls help

It looks like a moire pattern which occurs on very fine repeating patterns that have been rendered on a similarly fine grid (in this case the render camera pixel grid). It also happens when photographing fine patterns with a high resolution digital camera. The only way around it is to adjust the pattern in releation to the camera or , as done in most digital cameras with an anti-aliasing filter, soften the image very slightly. In Designer BlurHQ at a very low intensity would do this.
