Is there a way for a substance to always links bitmaps and fbx from same folder ? Relative path.

I mean  the way  that whenever I move a folder to another location  an  sbs  inside would  be working  and do not miss the files?

Using links relative to where sbs is rather than absolute path?

You should be able to switch dependencies under 
Edit > Preferences > Projects > Select ‘User project’ or last item in the project files list > General > Dependencies paths
