Issue: V11.2.0 Fail to load linked mesh. (Unable to load scene.)

The issue is that mesh information can be displaced in explore, but fail to load the 3D mesh in the viewport. I have multiple linked static meshes (.fbx format) in the same package. Only few of them share this issue. I suspect it has something to do with how the link is established, because some are dragged from folder, while others are copy/paste from other packages. I'm looking for answers and explanation of the behind the scene mechanism.  Thank you!
