Missing Fabric Dependencies in new Update?

Ever since the latest updates, my dependencies like this are broken and I can't locate those original files. Any idea on how to restore them? Thank you.

If it is the standard normal invert that comes with Substance 3D Designer, it should be in

C:> Program Files > Adobe > Adobe 3D Substance Designer > resources > packages > normal_invert.sbs

Here it is installed in the library under Filters
