Perpetual License (License File)

Hello!

Unfortunately, I've run into a bit of a problem. I wanted to install Substance Designer on a new PC, but it would seem I do not have my license file(s) (for either Designer & Painter). I bought the perpetual license back in the day, and I thought I downloaded the license files, but I appear to have downloaded the install files instead...

Is there any way I can retrieve my license files, so I can install Substance Designer (and Painter) on my new PC?

Thanks(!),

Bram

PS using the link mentioned on this web page to reach out to the Adobe Help Center was a dead end (https://substance3d.adobe.com/faq-end-of-life-accounts/) 😞
