Pixelated Edges - high poly bake on low poly

The project I am working on requires me to bake the high-poly mesh onto a flat low-poly cube. The low-poly cube is unwrapped and layed-out (4k map, 512 packing res, 16 pixels shell & tile padding). However, I am left with jagged edges and a white contour after baking in substance. The defect can be seen in the picture attached.

How may I fix this?

Any help would be appreciated  🙏

Hi @BoyanPetkovski,

The issue could come from several things.

Are you baking/transferring the Base Color from the High to the Low? If so, the quality of the High Base Color will also have an impact on the result.

In addition, can we have a look at the UVs from the Low Poly mesh?

Let me know.
