Substance 3D is not listed in the licenses to be bought

I don't have a link, but my understanding is that Substance is a different subscription, not the one with other programs

I'm trying to get it for my teams membership susbcription. I only need one license for one of my users, but apparently Adobe wants to charge me 90USD for the Substance 3D, that's not even listed.

Substance is not part of Creative Cloud.

It is a separate subscription:

Hi Dave, it still won't take me to the admin console to buy Substance, it's not listed on Admin Console to purchase.
