Steam Purchase refund.

Hello, i bought SD from steam on 24/6 for full price and now today 25/6 it went on sale for 34% discount. i download it and spent time around 3 hours while following tutorials. Today i request for refund but they said policy is for 2 hours max. is there a way to get a refund and purchase it again? Please Help.

Hi, we are very sorry but refunds / payments are only handled by Steam, we don’t have any control there so we can't do anything in this specific case. We remain at your disposal for any other question.

Indeed, as Nicolas said, you need to go through Steam's processes. From Steam's Common Refund Questions page:

I bought a game right before it went on sale. Can I get a refund and repurchase it at the sale price?

Yes.

If you have not already requested a refund, make sure the purchase is eligible and submit a request here.

Please note that approved refunds may take up to 7 days to process.
