Stretching texture in model corners

Hi everyone,
I am creating a tesselated material and I have found that it does not work correctly on certain occasions.
As you can see in figure 1, the area of ​​the column joint appears with an artifact (stretching) that I would like to solve.
As you can see both in image 2 (same material but without displacement) and in image 3 (uv), it seems that the uv's are fine.

It seems that the displaced vertices do not work correctly when they are displaced along with those of the other axis of the 3d object.
Is there any way to improve this behavior?
