Substance Designer won't open

I'm trying to open Substance Designer but i click the open and nothing happen how to solve this? Thanks.

Please provide some details about the situation:

  • Substance 3D Designer version
  • Operating system version
  • License type (Adobe subscription, Steam)
  • Does Designer's splash screen appear when trying to start it?
