I am thinking of using Substance 3D Designer to earn money by selling textures created on this software along with its 3D model as a pack. I just need to be sure that doing this does not go against any policy or guidelines. Is it okay to sell textures that I create on Substance 3D Designer? Will this come with any extra costs?

I'm not sure what you mean by "along with its 3D model". Is the model your own, or did you download it from Adobe 3D assets? My understanding (I am not a lawyer) is that 3D assets can be used in a larger work, for example a video or rendered scene but not sold onwards as useable assets.

If you have made your own procedural textures, and you have a full licence as opposed to a Student or educational license which does not allow commercial use, then those textures can be sold on.

What I meant was that the 3D model is one that I created myself so it would
be considered my own work. I do not plan to sell assets that I myself have
not created.

What I understand from your explanation is that as long as I have a full
licence to Substance 3D Designer, I am allowed to sell textures that I have
created from scratch using Substance 3D Designer as my own creation. If I
have a Student or Educational licence of Substance 3D Designer then the
textures that I have made using this software should not be sold.

Please can you clarify if this is what you meant?

Hello @moiz32156371u5tn,

You understand it correctly. As long as it's your full license (not a student license, or one from your employer), you can sell your work without issues.

Best regards,
