This is a public forum answered by volunteer users who do not work for Adobe, although some Adobe staff also answer here. Please do not give out personal information on the forum, even when requested via private message. Scammers are known to do that, posing as staff and will steal your details.
If you go to your CC desktop application and at the top right, click where your avatar is, then choose Adobe account, that will take you to your account page where you will see details of your plans and payments.
