Hi I'm a student in university and i'm trying to put a request for the substance painter program but when i'm filling in my Adobe ID/Email i keep getting an error message telling me my UniqueID already exists and that i need to correct errors before submitting the form which is odd as I'm using my account email
is there any way to solver this?
