Hi everyone, our students can no longer access the Education License of 3D Substance Programs...

When they try to make the request, they get the message: APO Codes not available for this Product

Is it broken also for you? Education - Substance 3D (adobe.com)

Please it is urgent! Thank you

There was indeed an issue with the Education offer. The APO error shouldn't occur anymore. You can try to submit a request once again,

Hello @Amela299391468nvr @Alessandro Paone 97 @BenjaminGodin @Kroz3D,

Considering the multiple messages I've received recently on this regard, I'm pretty sure there's global issue with the website.

We're currently investigating, and I'll try to keep you updated every time I've news to share.

Thanks a lot.

I manage to proceed with the request and now I'm waiting for the validation. I've just one doubt. When I saw the error I thought that something was wrong with my email (the same email that is registred in my education program). I canceled that Adobe account and created a new one with another personal email. I proceed with the validation request using this new email so my question is: There will be problems if the email from my school is different from the one I use for the request?

Thanks again!
