endless save and thumbnails loading

Community Beginner ,
Jan 22, 2024 Jan 22, 2024

issue.PNGI have re-installed the software 3x, tried older versions, tried several nvidia drivers, changed the size and location of the local cache, tried several backup files and several models, uninstall onedrive, rarely works for half an hour afterwards, so impossible to work !! I have already contacted adobe support once, they rewrote my machine and still no change.

Hi @András34642397ukuv,

Thanks for reporting.

There's clearly an issue with your library location. Especially considering these thumbnails perpetually loading and the endless saving issue (which is almost always related to problematic resources).

I can see from your log that the library is saved inside OneDrive, and network paths must be mapped in order to work properly. Therefore, (if not mapped) make sure to have no resources saved inside OneDrive.

Regards,
