Generator in Black Mask appears empty

So, as you can see I made a fill layer, added a black mask and then added a generator to it, but when I search generators in the generator tab I don't get any. Is this supposed to happen?

That's not what's supposed to happen. From the screenshot, it seems like your library is empty. Can you confirm?

If you go to Edit > Settings > Librairies what's the location of your Starter_assets ?
