Issue with running Substance Painter remotely

New Here ,

Hello,

We are developping plugins for Substance Painter and we want to perform some automated tests during the developement of those plugins.

We are using an FRL liscence version on the machines that are executing those tests, but even with that, we are having an issue. During our tests, when we open Substance, we have this warning that says "Are you connected to the Internet" with the message "We can't verify your subscription status". Here's a screenshot of the exact message, it's from the report generated by our tests:

AreYouConnected.jpg

The thing is the machine is connected to the internet and if I'm connected with RDP on the machine it will work correctly, but if I disconnect from my RDP session, this pop up will happened every time and prevent Substance from every open.
Do anyone have ever had a similar issue? Do you know a possible solution? That would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Pascal

It's been 2 weeks since I've posted this, does anyone have little clue on how I could fix my issue?
