My Substance source point is lost.

A month ago, my source point disappeared with the integration of the subtance account. Can I get the points again? Is there anyone else who has the same experience as me?

Also, all the assets that I had disappeared! I've subscribed two times before and definitely had points left.

I am so INCREDIBLY upset by this. I had 2150 points and well over 300 assets in my library and because I had not transferred them over I have zero access to the content I rightfully paid for with ZERO hope of reclaiming anything.
Adobe has ruined Substance painter for me.
