Hello, I successfully entered my email to apply for the Adobe Substance 3D Education version, and the page confirmed it was submitted. However, I never received any verification or approval email, even after checking all folders (inbox, spam, etc.).
I contacted customer service, but they said the education/free version is not within their support scope and told me to ask here instead.
