Substance 3D Painter 2024 Steam Will Not Launch

I'm having trouble launching Substance 3D Painter 2024 on Steam. I'm using Windows 11 with a GeForce GTX 1070, 64 GB of RAM, on an Alienware Aurora R7. Despite reinstalling, updating drivers, and checking Windows Firewall permissions, the program refuses to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you give me more details on what's happening at launch? Do you see the splash screen? Do you have an error?

I am having the same issue with the steam 2024 version. The loading launch screen shows and it opens the application as a fully white window, but never loads further. Eventaually windows prompts 'not responding' and no matter how long I wait for the program o fully open it doesn't.
