After reinstalling the system, Substance Painter can't be used. I reinstalled the system again, and he still can't. Win10 doesn't work either. After updating the graphics card, it still doesn't work. My graphics card driver is the latest, .NET is 4.8 C++ runtime library, 2005~2008~2012~2013~2015~2017~2019 x64/X86 installed
