other files opening correctly but this file is not openig problem came after i enabled subsurface scattering

Hi @daring_Flair5FCD,

Thanks for the message.

Unfortunately, your specs are below the minimum system requirements for Substance 3D Painter (no dedicated GPU) and this can result with a lot of various problems. Enabling the SSS was probably a bit much considering the computer doesn't have a GPU.

You can send me the project at cdellenbach@adobe.com and I'll change some parameters (optimization wise) before sending it back to you.

I advise you to avoid to using the SSS, and work with 1024x1024 texture set resolution.
