Adobe Substance painter lagging after a period of time

Ive tried re-installing, Ive updated my drivers and added as much cache as I could. It happens no matter how large or small the object file is, and it doesnt matter how many layers I have.

Specs:

Ryzen 7800x3d
Nvidia Rtx 4070
32gb of Vengeance 6000mhz ram
