Anisotropy smart material

Hi community. 

I'd like some information regarding anisotropy material. I cant locate it in the smart materials, so I saved it as a smart material to use it on my own model, but nothing seems to be appearing. ( Im trying to make a control knob anisotropic reflective like the example. Any help how to go on about to achieve this?
