I've been using Substance Painter for about three years already using student access provided by Adobe, which is also mentioned clearly here https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/
Recently, my licence ended, so I did request another for third or fourth time like I did before. This time they provided me link to verify my student status, which is not working. (The link https://www.identit-e.com/adobe ). As I need it for my studies, I contacted Adobe through chat, asking to grant me my student access as I am a student of higher institution. In return, I was told that "they don't have student plans for Substance". Which is a lie (?) because the website still mentions that Substance apps are free for students and teachers. For every question I had, I was told to refer to my university. But my univeristy does not provide licenses and it has always been done by students using this link https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/ .
At the end, I was told that they don't provide student plans, which I don't believe because why would they still keep that website active saying that it IS free for students and teachers.
My question is, did anyone else encounter this problem or is it just me, who they ghost like that?
