Baker output is fully black or empty, Normal map is empty, Ambient is pure black. I'm using High Definition mesh, I CAN see it is baking, I can see the baking is done properly and then..... Nothing , the output is black or empty....

Hi,
Could you export a log and share it, please? (Help>export a log...)
Have you verified in your DCC program if the meshes (low and high) correspond?
Have you tried deleting the .assbin where you high poly resides to reset the cache of the bakers?

I did Disable GPU raytracing and the AO seems to bake correctly.
