Brush Stroke is different across model

Hello,

can someone point me in the right direction?

The mesh was auto UV unwrapped in Substance, and Im trying to paint in the eye shadow. But the paint stroke is super blurry in some parts and sharp in other parts. I've illustrated the issue by painting a diagonal line across the face. You can see the line is varying thickness across different parts of the model.

How can I get the paintbrush strokes to remain constant across the entire model??

Hello @Jayadeep22903991bzhy,

Thank you for details.

This is probably a UV issue. What were the Auto-Unwrap parameters you have set when you created the project? I suspect two potential problems:

1. the Recompute All parameter wasn't selected, therefore the already existing UVs haven't been recomputed and you kept unusable UVs made when modeling.

2. No specific number of Tiles or Texel Density has been set, so the Auto-Unwrap tried to compute a huge number of UV islands in a single UV ti

Hello @Jayadeep22903991bzhy,

2. No specific number of Tiles or Texel Density has been set, so the Auto-Unwrap tried to compute a huge number of UV islands in a single UV tile, resulting with inconsistencies.

I advise you to make sure the Recompute All parameter is enabled and to increase the number of UV Tiles.

Let me know if it helps.
