I use substance painter primarily at school but have used it at home a few times on my current computer for personal projects or to do some work at home, and it has worked fine. A couple of days ago I was presented with this issue that has persisted since. I cannot view any more of any window than the top left quarter of each, the rest gets completely cut off. I can still interact with buttons and the such across the whole window, but this is more than just a little inconvenient

Luckily the ability to export a log is still within my vision, so that has been attached as well. I posted a help thread a couple of days ago to stack exchange without much help and tried reinstalling it in an attempt to find my own easy solution, but that doesn't seem to be an option here.

Hi Geoffroy,

as stated, I attached the log file with the initial post, as for the drivers, I make sure to update them as frequently as possible, and was likely on the most recent version at the time of posting, though I did update them just last night and did not check painter to see if the situation had changed. it will likely be a good 10 or so hours before I can check, though.

Sorry I didn't see your log, my bad! Unfortunately, it doesn't give any information on why your screen is messed up 😕

What resolution is your computer set at? Have you tried changing the scale and layout in your display settings for Windows?

You might want to try a reinstall if the issue persists.

Thank you,

Kind Regards,

Geoffroy SC
