Cant use the "send to app" feature in creative cloud app

I am subscribed to substance painter and cant use the "send to app" feature in the creative cloud app to send marketplace materials to it

It is installed and i can even launch it from the creative cloud app.

Having the same issue. Sometimes it works, other times just a spinning blue circle. Frustrating and disturbs workflow.

About the access to these interoperability features are not available for the licenses with Substance Edition or Steam Edition.

If it is not the case and you have an Adobe subscription, a quick verification is to see the button "Browse 3D Assets" and click on it and check that it opens CCD to the 3D tab. If the button is either not there or doesn't open CCD to the 3d tab, then you have a Steam or Substance edition.
