Cintiq drawing tablet crashes Substance after updated version

I am using a student license but my Cintiq drawing tablet crashed Substance painter after extended license and downloaded the new version of Substance painter. I was alright with them two last year.  Why?

this has sort of been happening to me too, I don't use my drawing tablet much for substance painter but recently I decided to try it out. after I started using it for a bit it crashed, and now when I am using substance painter even on the normal desktop mode it's been crashing more frequently.

Also there isn't save as option for me. The only way I can do it save it.

Yes, it is keeping crashing now, and the substance is killing my laptop.
