Color metallic map

My company require me a metalness map in RGB 240/240/240 and no metalness map in RGB 5/5/5 and heigh map in RGB 128/128/128, is there a way to get out of Substance maps with these values?

Thanks for the question.

 

The metalness and height map are usually grayscale images and not RGB images. Therefore, there is only one value on a scale of 0 to 255. This scale is simplified with a floating scale of 0 to 1 in Substance 3D Painter, so if you're aiming for a 240 grayscale image, you'll have to set the metallic value to 0.941. You just need to convert the desired value for the 0 to 1 scale.
