I'm trying to use my diffuse mask to make color selections to create IDs from the diffuse. When I plug in the diffuse mask none of the colors appear on the model Is it not possible for me to do this?

Hi @nikolasl10270414,

You can have custom map as an ID map, so nothing prevents you to use the Diffuse as an ID. That being said, I'm not entirely sure to understand your workflow. Could you detail step by step what's your workflow with Painter and where the issue occurs?

Regards,

@Cyril Dellenbach the Issue resolved itself after a few days away. For some reason none of the diffuse maps were showing up when I pressed the select color button. I think since I'm using about 70 udims in the textures it might've just been bugging out. I tried using only one texture out of the 70 udims and it showed up, then I switched back to the 70 udims and it worked fine.
