Didn't recieve verification e-mail for Substance 3D student license

Well, the title is pretty self explanatory. In the Substance 3D student license website, I put my e-mail to proceed in the verification process, but no e-mail arrives. I already tried with my Adobe account e-mail, with my educational e-mail, with another personal e-mail but no luck in any of this attempts. And if I try to put the same e-mail adress again, then a message shows up "UniqueID already exists".

Yeah, I did recieve after a few days bur only in my student email.

any time frame on when this is going to be fixed for good or any possibility to get a manual verification done if there are such severe problems over months? This is highly inconvenient.

no, and you should be making your contacts with adobe regarding this via the substance 3d for students website.
