Hello !
I'm a beginner on Substance Painter and i make my homemade texture.
I already have a 3d model (a hoodie) and i would like to create my own texture.
Everything works perfectly until i choose the color of the texture, if i choose white color, behind of the hoodie the color is grey and not white.
So i would like to know how can i have a complet white hoodie ?
I think the problem come from the environnement lightning and the exposure.
Thanks !
Mika

Hi
You can rotate the environment light by using Shift+Right Click and drag in the 3D viewport. There is also a rotation slider in the environment settings section of the Display Settings panel
You can also change the environment light, in Display Settings, by clicking on the Environment Map and selecting an alternative.
Finally, you can switch from Material view (in 2D or 3D viewport) to a specific channel, e.g. BaseColor, and look at that channel without environment lighting

Thanks for the answer !
Do you think i can have a environment light who expose all face of the model ? So i won't have color changes between the front and the back ?
When i rotate the environment light, i always have a color change between the front and the back 😕

You could use on of the softer 'Studio' environments provided, or create your own totally flat environment light as an EXR and import it as an environment. Be aware though that totally flat lighting makes it hard to see surface texture on a material.
