is it possible to fix this seams in the color channel?

Hi

i think its becuz of your uv. In the UV, you can straight your tiles edges, try once. maybe pic which i uploaded help more.

i dont know which app you have used to uv unwrap it but in the 3ds max there is a "Straighten Selection" option that make uv tiles straight.
