Can i use fonts from substance painter for commercial?
It depends what you mean by 'use the font's'.
You can paint them onto a model and then either render or export the model and texture then render it. That is a derivative work, no-one can go on to use the font, only read it. That would be in keeping with the terms, provided you have a full subscription licence and not an educational license which is not for commercial use at all.
If you mean can you sell on the font for someone else to use, then no you can't.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
