Free trial not working

I bought free trial. It says I have it. I open substance painter. It has a pop up that says to buy free trial. I go to it. It says I already have that plan.  Then it closes substance painter when I x out of the pop up.

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location

Only 1 free trial allowed per computer. 

If your free trial fails on a new machine, it's probably due to a technical problem.
