Gaomon Tablet M10K: Kein Stiftdruck in Substance

Hello Cyril,

I finaly found the solution now. It was weird but Windows-Ink was displayed as active but in real it wasn't. After deinstalling my tablet drivers and installing the Wacom Cintiq 13HD, windows suddenly activated the pen mode on the tray bar. Then I reinstalled the gaomon tablet and deinstalled the Cintiq to make sure drivers don't get into a conflict with each other. And suddenly it works. So I assume it was realy the driver, or a conflict in windows 11. Still, thank you for the help.

Hi @Neroh,

Thanks for the message.

Issues with Gaomon's pression are usually due to the drivers. If you have the latest latest driver installed, try to rollback for a previous verison and check if the pression works.

If this doesn't work, I'd love to have your log (help>export log...) and your Gaomon's driver version. This way, we'll be able to investigate a little bit more.

Let me know.
