help with layers blending

Hello everyone

I have faced this problem inside SP and wnat to fix it ,but have no idea what is the best way to do it

from the bottom i got a carbon fiber material with base+nmap+roughness

top layer i got a logo

I want to disable nmap + roughtness of carbon faiber for the logo only

is it possbile to do it, if it is please show me a way thanks alot

I usually use a fill layer for the logo and apply the text/logo with a mask (white for logo, black for background). Then on that fill layer change the blending mode of the height, roughness and normal channels to 'Normal'
