how to change substance painter steam license to stand alone license?

Hi everyone, I was wondering is there a way to convert a substance painter steam license to a stand alone license like before. I can remember that there was a way to link the license from the substance 3d site to the steam version. But unfortunatelly it doesn't work anymore. How can I convert my license to a standalone version?.  Any help is highly appreciated 🙂

You can have buy a Steam license or a license from the Adobe 3D offer: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/ar but not a new one from https://www.substance3d.com/
