So I'm learning Substance and made a mistake with outputting a texture using the Blender Principled BSDF template. To correct it, I thought I only needed to output the BaseColor, so I deleted the other maps. While that worked, the problem is the other maps didn't come back in the preset. They seem to be gone. I didn't tell it to save settings, but it seems to have anyways. I thought I could just restore them to the default settings or something.
How do I either restore the template or rebuild it?
You could rebuild it as per this - just drag and drop and name the outputs. Check first though whether the copy at the bottom of your list has the maps already built.

Thanks a lot! That is perfect!
The copy at the bottom of my list was something I made in an attempt to bring the original back thinking I would need one with just the BaseColor if I have to do this again. I don't think I'll need it, but I'm good now.

Well, at least in my version, the output templates are read only. It resets to default when you restart the painter.
And I find that those export preset files are located at "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter\resources\starter_assets\export-presets". I think you can copy the Blender one and paste it at user's export preset file location: "C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter\assets\export-presets".
I won't say that Dave's answer is not good, but I prefer let the program to reset the preset than do it manually.
