I am getting this mail "Your request for Substance 3D Painter is still pending after 30 days". I would like to cancel this request as I do not need the software. Could someone please assist me with this?
This is a user community forum with questions mainly answered by Adobe software users not staff (although staff members do answer some questions). You will need to contact Adobe directly your account query.
Note : Do not respond to Private Messages requesting account details. Scammers are known to pose as staff and do that to steal details.
