I cant open my substance painter app

I can't seen to enter the substance painter app. Nothing seems to work. Any other app works fine.

I have the exact same issue. Designer, Sampler, PS, AI,AE and all the other apps work fine, except Painter. Tryed to install previous version, but got the same error. Hope to fixed soon, cause I need to use the app.
