I got a Substance license code but it still asking me to buy Substance painter

So I just got my student license approved. I got the email, clicked on the link they sent me to redeem the and did it. Then i download Creative Cloud, went to the app and still asked me to buy it. What can I do to solve this?

What student code did you get?

Was it the Substance 3D Painter plan?

Or the Creative Cloud All Apps plan? (Despite the name, it doesn't include Substance!)
