I use Marmoset for baking for a few reasons and this can be said for any images related to project imported.
Updating them I have to do one image at a time. Can we do a batch update on images in Project as well clear selected. Select images to be removed. More options on imported images as rotate and mirror?

You can use the Resource Updater plugin (second vertical toolbar on the left) to replace your mesh maps in all the project.
