Is Substance 3D painter no longer available to students as part of Creative Cloud?

Just bought a year of access to creative cloud with Substance being an important factor of that purchase. Apparantly I'm only able to download the trial version of the app

Substance has never been a part of the Creative Cloud and still isn't. 

According to https://www.substance3d.com/ there are still free versions for students and teachers, there is a link to get the student license.
