Lost my substance download points - how can I gain access to assets which I already paid for?

New Here ,
Feb 13, 2025 Feb 13, 2025

I had a longstanding subscription and gained lost of substance points. I occasioanlyl downladed stuff with them. Recently I realized my points and ability to get stuff was gone.

This is highly upsetting for two reasons:

1. I already paid for the points

2. I can't afford a subscription to download stuff. And either way - I had SOOOOOO many points - now I would have to PAY for a LIMITED amount of points per months.

What can be done?

Hi @Michael24266219z3js,

Thank you for the message and sorry for the inconvenience.

Currently, even if you don't see your points, they are still linked to your account. You have until the end of march to use them as you want, but after that you'll indeed need a subscription to use the unmetered library.

Best regards,
