Why does this weird blotch appear when I bake my mesh maps? It does not appear in Blender or when I import then model into Substance. It only shows up when I bake my mesh maps.

From what I can see, it looks like a cage issue. When you have multiple objects in one mesh, baking conflicts may happen with close objects. To avoid any conflict, you'll need to tweak the cage distance. Under the common settings, adjust the Max Frontal Distance.
